This Life of Leisure....

This life of leisure I have going is absolutely exhausting!

Up at 7 AM.
Exercise at the gym at 8 AM.
Go shopping with mom at 9:30 AM.
(Spend $40 of Rob's hard-earned money.)
Lunch out at noon. Mom's treat. (Thanks Mom!) :)
Swimming at 2 PM.
Email bloggy buddies and friends, 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM.
Eat chocolate snack at 4 PM.

4:30 PM - actually do some work by starting dinner.

I'm exhausted! :) I am SUCH a valuable wife! :) (haha!) I better watch it or Rob is going to be looking for a new one! :)

Now, where are my pearls?

I need to be careful too. Hubby would like to live in a nice neat house. I could do something about that but you see, I've got this blog....

Hi Jennifer,

Nice neat house? What's that? :) I have that same goal! :) I bet if I could just find my pearls I'd be able to vacuum all day like a pro. :)

Actually, today is a big cleaning day for me. It won't look like June Cleaver has been here when I'm done, but hopefully the scary factor will be gone. :)

Thanks for visiting!

I don't even want to hear it Silly Girl! You and your exercise and lunch outs and chocolate snacks. Not fair!!

Hi Summer!

So, did you buy it? haha! :)

Trust me, I PAID for those hours of freedom. You know how that goes.

I had fun writing such a tongue in cheek post, though. :) I knew you would fine it completely obnoxious! :)

Well, back to my bon bons or I'll be late for my spa treatment!

Bon bons and spa treatments - my favorites!

If only the days of leisure were actually leisure - not to mention the fact that you spend the entire time fretting about all the things you SHOULD be doing.

Great post!

PS Keep those feet up and demand your tea!

Ah, yes, I was remembering those hours of freedom quite fondly today. :) Not that I mind my regular life. I love being able to devote my time to my kids. I love doing collie rescue and other volunteer activities. Yesterday just seemed somehow decadent. :)

Come on, everone knows it's not Bon Bons but Tim Tams! :) Enjoy!

Oh, VERY good! :) You are RIGHT! Bring on the Tim Tams! :)

I am obviously being WAAAY too transparent online!

And I admit it, I don't even LIKE bon-bons. I just thought it sounded funny. :)

Glad you stopped by! :)

I'm glad you got to have a little time for you. Everybody needs a bit of down time now and again, and I'm sure it was well deserved. :)
